Hi Marco! Welcome to the online SPREAD community and thank you for posting this picture. It's very interesting to see how Croats (and of course, not only them) solve the problem of scarcity of water with these little "tricks" which turn out to be an example for sustainability. Also in the myriads of Croatian islands, where water is strictly rationed, they know very well how precious it is.

The final conference of SPREAD Sustainable Lifestyles 2050 will be held on November 26-27 2012 in Brussels.
The findings of the SPREAD 2050 project will be showcased and discussed during the two day conference. It is a possibility to hear the first hand results of the SPREAD 2050 project. Emphasis is on how the findings can be turned into action.
