What do you think about this initiative??

Just found out about it. WOuld it be feasible in Europe? Is it a good option to consume local products?

Dear Dafne,

the inititative is great, and I think it is perfectly replicable in Europe, as it doesn't require any particular conditions. On the contrary, I think it is very adaptable to quite a number of situations. What about the heat blown out from shops and restaurants because of air conditioning? Restaurants have refrigerators and air conditioning, so why not using the heat for creating a greenhouse where the vegetables that will be served in the restaurant can be grown?
